We’ve built our reputation on quality work and integrity, and now we’re looking to build our brand’s online presence. We are seeking a creative, motivated, and skilled individual to join our supportive, family-run team as a Part-Time Marketing Assistant & Content Creator.

The Role: What You’ll Do
Your focus will be on creating engaging, high-quality content that showcases our work. Key responsibilities include:
- Field Visits: Traveling to actual job sites throughout Northern NJ to capture professional photos and video footage of active projects.
- Video Creation: Producing professional videos, including on-site footage, customer testimonials, and creative in-house content.
- Content Management: Planning and managing a consistent monthly content calendar.
- Social Media: Posting regularly to our social media channels to engage our community.
The Ideal Candidate: What You’ll Offer
We’re looking for someone with a passion for content creation who understands best practices. Key qualifications include:
- Experience: A proven track record and portfolio in content creation (both photo and video).
- Editing Skills: Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license with a clean record for travel to job sites.
