When do I need to get my Roof Inspected???
- If your roof is 10 or more years old – it is imperative to adhere to a regular maintenance schedule, even while your roof is still under warranty.
- Major storms can cause spot damage due to strong winds, hail and other weather driven events. If you suspect damage after a storm, you should not get on your roof – call in a pro.
- If you are buying and/or selling a home. We are happy to perform real estate inspections to help you through the process.
- Anytime you notice damage, shingles missing or lifting.
- If you have an active leak – do not delay in seeking an inspection before the problem becomes big!
- If your windows are wet or you have condensation inside your house – yes this can be an issue stemming from your roof!
- If you received a letter from your Homeowner Insurance company and they are requiring you to get your roof Inspected, repaired, or replaced.
