Around this time last year we were suffering from a 2 feet snowfall, which as you can imagine made it very difficult for us to replace roofs!

This year its a completely different story – the long range forecast for the North East is pointing towards record high temperatures through into the New Year. (http://patch.com/new-jersey/princeton/record-warmth-predicted-december-new-jersey-0). According to the weather guys its all to do with El Nino – whatever the reason I’m personally very happy with this situation, digging out from snow is not my favorite pastime!

What does that mean for you? Hopefully you’ll have the opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy the elevated temperatures but if you’re planning on any type of exterior remodeling (new roof, new siding, new windows) this warmer weather extends the time that we’re able to work which means we might still be able to get to your job before the “real” winter sets in.

So if you’re considering a new roof please give us a call at 973-927-0963 and we’ll get one of our roofing experts out to take a look at your roof and get it into the work schedule.
